About the role **Immediate start**
We are currently seeking a Painter and Decorator to complete both planned and reactive maintenance works in a domestic setting.
You must be experienced in all aspects of painting and decorating and have worked in varied environments. Working on social housing properties, covering all aspects of painting and decorating and making good.
Duties include:
Painting and decorating from minor works to full room refurbishments and attention to detail to ensure finishing is to a high standard.
Repair and make good damaged, flaking, water stained and mouldy ceilings/walls where damp has come through.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm (Full time)

You must be reliable, trustworthy, have a 'can-do' attitude, excellent communication skills and fantastic attention to detail.
Before applying, please ensure you fulfil the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience of painting and decorating in both domestic and commercial environments
- Attention to detail
- Phone literate and can use a job sheet system to communicate job status and completion/ PDA
- Clean UK Driver's License
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 qualification in Painting and decorating
- Social housing experience
- ASAP interview and start
