Senior Operations Manager - Repairs & Maintenance

We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced and proven Senior Operations Manager to join their team in London, leading on a portfolio of repairs contracts. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing teams delivering reactive maintenance and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils, ensuring teams achieve targets relating to KPI's and SLA's, Health & Safety, and first-time fix.

Estimator - Planned Maintenance & Decarbonisation

£60000 - £80000 per annum

We are rorking with a leading property services contractor to recruit a Senior Estimator to take responsibility for pricing winning planned maintenance / decent homes and decarbonisation / retrofit tenders for housing associations, local councils and RSL's. Working alongside the Bid Team and Business Development team, you will manage the pricing programme on multiple bids, buiding up from first principles using Excel.

Head of Operations - Facades & Cladding

£110000 - £135000 per annum

We are recruiting for a leading national contractor operating within the Cladding and Facades market, delivering public and private sector projects. Public sector clients include the Social Housing sector, Blue Light Services, the Ministry of Defence (MOD), and the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). We are looking for a qualified and competent Head of Operations with a proven track record of overseeing a £30m + region, delivering this type of work.
