About Me
Lucy joined the business as an Associate Consultant in 2022, having worked in Recruitment for 3 years previously. Lucy quickly established herself within the White Collar Team, progressing to a Consultant Position and specialising in our Customer roles, including Call Handlers, Customer Service, Planners and Resident Liaison Officers. Lucy is also our resident Nail Tech, and often spends her evenings upgrading the nails of all the Howells girls!
“What do you like most about recruitment?”
Nothing beats the buzz of finding the perfect candidate for a role where you know they’ll thrive! I love speaking with candidates and clients and learning more about the sector each day. The office at Howells always has a great vibe and the team here make coming into work all the more enjoyable (despite the occasional harsh banter / bullying). We all work so well together and I genuinely love seeing the team around me smash it!
“Where can we find you on the weekend?”
At the weekend you will most likely find me at home plumping up my (unused / out of bounds) sofa, creating hoover lines in the carpet and heading to home bargains for cleaning supplies and candles! When I do choose to venture out of the house, I love a trip to the seaside, going to the amusements, meals out with my family and friends as well as the occasional game of bingo! I promise I’m not a 70 year old stuck in a 27 year olds body, I do like the odd night out with the girls where you’ll find me dancing on tables and acting feral – we won’t talk about my first Christmas do with Howells!
